As part of your Road Hazard Coverage, you pay nothing for flat tire repairs performed by any authorized tire shop or by a GoMobile service provider at your home, workplace, or other convenient location.

Coverage Details

• Includes flat tire repairs for damage caused by road hazards such as nails, screws, or other debris.
• There is no limit to the number of claims you can file per tire, up to the amount you originally paid for each tire (limit of liability).
• Multiple flat repairs may be completed on a tire, either at the same time or at different times, so long as the tire remains safe to drive.
• Repairs are performed in accordance with industry safety standards to ensure proper sealing and safe performance.
• Service is available at no cost to the customer for the duration of the 2-Year Road Hazard Coverage, or until the tire tread wears down to 3/32nds, whichever comes first.
• If the tire is deemed unrepairable, it will be replaced at no charge under the terms of the Road Hazard Replacement Policy.

Exclusions

This service does not cover:

• Damage caused by vandalism, accidents, or non-road hazard conditions
• Tires used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes
• Tires at 3/32nds of tread depth and less

Tires will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the highest safety standards set by the Tire Industry Association (TIA). In general, tires will be repaired if:

• Any applicable puncture is ¼ inch wide or less 
• Tires have at least 3/32nds of of tread depth remaining across the entire surface of the tire
• In the event of multiple punctures, punctures are not near or directly across from each other

If multiple punctures are near each other, or damage occurs to the shoulder or sidewall of the tire, the tire will be replaced.
