How do I file a claim?

When you purchase a Mulberry protection plan, a dedicated customer account is created for you, where you can see coverage details, file claims, and check your claim status. To file a claim:

  • Log into your Mulberry customer account
  • Click on "File a Claim" on the left-hand menu
  • Enter your claim details via the chat and submit!


Once a claim is submitted, the Mulberry claims team will review your claim details and follow up about next steps around a repair or replacement.

How do I check the status of my claim?

When you purchase a Mulberry protection plan, a dedicated customer account is created for you, where you can see coverage details, file claims, and check your claim status. To check the status of your claim:

  • Log into your Mulberry customer account
  • Click the drop-down arrow on the right side of the protection plan on which you've filed a claim
  • Scroll down to the "Claim History" section for a summary of your claim status

How do I access my Mulberry customer account?

To activate your Mulberry account and access your dashboard, click the activation link in the welcome email ("Activate your Mulberry Account") sent at the time of purchase. If your activation link has expired, you will automatically receive another email with a new link, which you can then use to create your account.

What is covered under my plan?

Coverage details can vary by product and plan, so it's best to log into your customer account to see your plan's specific details. When you log into your account, your dashboard will show all of your plans and what's covered in each, and you'll be able to update personal information, file claims, or even transfer your plan to someone else.

How do I update my contact information?

Mulberry provides you with an easy-to-use, dedicated customer account, from which you can view your coverage details, file claims, and update your contact information. To update your personal details (telephone number & address), simply follow the below steps:

  • Log in to your Mulberry customer account
  • Click the "person" icon to the left of your screen
  • Edit & save your information under "Personal Details"
