Link Price Drop Protection
Program Overview
Link is partnering with Mulberry, a trusted provider of product and shopping protection, to provide Link consumers with free protection plans so you can shop confidently. Once an eligible transaction is completed with Link, your protection plan is active and ready to go whenever you may need it.
You can view your coverage details, access customer support, and initiate a claim all from your Mulberry customer dashboard at any time. To access your dashboard, please activate your account by creating a password via the link in your Welcome email - this email should have been sent to you shortly after you completed your first eligible Link transaction. Several or all of the products in your transaction may be eligible for protection.

Coverage Details
Price Drop Protection:
- Coverage Summary: Covers price decreases on eligible products (difference between original purchase price and qualified marked-down price)
- Duration: 30 days from the date of purchase
- Maximum Covered Transaction Value: $1,000
- Maximum Payout Per Covered Transaction: 20% of the Covered Transaction Value
- Maximum Number of Claims Per Product: 1 claim
- Benefit Fulfillment: Fulfilled after 1 claim per covered transaction (i.e. additional price drops within 30-day eligibility period are not covered once a claim has been made) and/or term has expired
- Eligible Products: All consumer goods with the exception of the below excluded products
- Excluded Products: food/drinks, cars and car parts, tires and wheels, bikes/ebikes, scooters/skateboards, medication, animals, plants, travel costs, event tickets, commercial products

- Examples of Covered Scenarios:
- You buy a product from a merchant, and a few days later, that product goes on sale at that retailer.
- You buy a product from a merchant, and later find it offered for a lower price from a different retailer.
- Examples of Excluded Scenarios:
- You purchase a product and pay shipping fees; a few days later the shipping fees are waived - the price drop must be on the actual product price.
- You purchase a product, and then it goes on sale 120 days later - this is outside the 30 day duration of the protection.

- Indoor & outdoor furniture - couches, tables, chairs, dressers, bookshelves, rugs
- Mattresses - king, queen, full, twin
- Small appliances - coffee makers, air fryers, toasters, microwave ovens
- Major appliances - washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers
- Bags & luggage - suitcases, backpacks, purses, wallets
- Jewelry & watches - rings, necklaces, bracelets, timepieces
- Eyewear - eyeglasses and sunglasses
- Fitness equipment & sporting goods - dumbbells, kettlebells, bench, treadmill
- Musical Instruments - strings, brass, woodwinds, percussion instruments
- Consumable Goods - makeup, candles and incense, personal care products
Mulberry Claims Process
Summary:
You can initiate a claim via your Mulberry customer dashboard within 30 days of a covered incident. You will be prompted to fill out a short form to file your claim. Please be sure to have all the below information and content ready so you can file a complete claim to reduce back and forth with our support team and expedite your claim processing time. Once your claim has been filed, the in-house US-based Mulberry support team will confirm the receipt of your claim and will be in contact shortly via email for next steps.
Claims Filing Requirements:
Price Drop Protection Claim:
- Transaction the claim corresponds to (merchant name, date of purchase, total transaction amount)
- Product the claim pertains to (name and price)
- Proof of purchase of the product (must show the merchant name, product name and price, and purchase date)
- Merchant that is offering the product for a lower price
- Date you found the product offered for a lower price
- Lower price point the product is being sold for
- Image of the product being sold for a lower price

How can I file a claim?
Once you receive your first Link Protection Plan powered by Mulberry, you’ll get access to your personalized customer dashboard where you can view all your plans, see coverage details, file claims, and check your claim status. To file a claim:
(a) Log in to your Mulberry customer dashboard
(b) Click on "File a Claim" on the left-hand menu
(c) Enter your claim details via the chat and submit!

Do I need the receipt from my purchase to file a claim? What if I don’t have it?
Yes, you will need receipts or proof of purchase to file a claim. Reach out to the merchant if you need assistance to find your proof of purchase.
What items are eligible for coverage with my plan?
Generally speaking, almost all consumer goods, both durable and consumable in nature, are covered, with a few exclusions including food/drinks, cars and car parts, tires and wheels, bikes/ebikes, scooters/skateboards, medication, animals, plants, travel costs, event tickets, and commercial products.
