Why do I need Jewelry and Watch Protection?
Mulberry protection plans go above and beyond standard warranties to help provide additional levels of coverage for accidental damage. Mulberry Jewelry and Watch Protection provides comprehensive coverage for a fraction of what it would cost to buy a new item.
When does coverage begin?
Your Protection Plan begins as soon as you complete your purchase! You have coverage against accidental damage the moment your purchase is complete.

How do I file a claim?
You can file a claim easily by taking your damaged item to your local Valliani Jewelers store. They will help you file a claim.
Are there any hidden fees or deductibles?
There are no deductibles or hidden fees when you file a claim with Mulberry. All approved claim costs like product replacement, labor costs and shipping (if necessary) are covered.
Is there a limit to how many times I can file a claim?
There is no limit to the number of claims you can file. You can use your Mulberry plan to file multiple, separate claims for your covered product, up to the limit of liability (the original retail value of your product), minus any claims costs already incurred and paid on your plan.
Your plan includes coverage for a single incident per claim, so please make sure to file a claim as soon as a covered incident occurs! Once your product has been replaced (or cash settled) by Mulberry, your coverage terms will be fulfilled and no more claims can be filed against that plan.
Can I add a Mulberry protection plan after I purchase an item?
Yes! You can add a Mulberry protection plan to your purchase up to 90 days after your initial purchase. Just go back to the store where you made your initial purchase and the Valliani team will help you add a plan.
Can I purchase a Mulberry protection plan for someone else?
Yes! You can purchase a Jewelry and Watch Protection Plan for someone else - please reach out to our support team at Valliani@getmulberry.com for assistance purchasing or transferring a plan.
How long do I have to report a claim?
You have 30 days from the day you discover the damage to report a claim.
How long does Mulberry coverage last for jewelry?
For Mulberry Jewelry Protection Plans, you can select a plan length from one year up to a lifetime warranty.
How long does Mulberry coverage last for watches?
For Mulberry Watch Protection Plans, you can select a plan length of one, two, three or five years.
How do I see my full Protection Plan details?
You will receive an email from Mulberry within 1-2 business of your purchase. This email will invite you into your dedicated portal where you will see full coverage details. If you have any questions prior to receiving this email, or at any time, please email us at Valliani@getmulberry.com.
