Mulberry wins Better Business Bureau Accreditation

Mulberry was created because the legacy extended warranty industry has failed consumers. From our launch in 2018, we have been laser focused on providing a best in class experience for consumers purchasing extended warranties from our partner retailers.

By launching countless features such as a dedicated customer portal, receipt-less claims filing, and automated gifting, we have led the charge towards transforming the extended warranty industry for consumers.

As the next step in this effort, we are excited to announce that we have been accredited by the Better Business Bureau!

Our BBB rating gives our retailers assurance that we are accredited by an established non-profit standard. It means that clients can rest assured that we are following responsible, honest practices. To become eligible for accreditation we had to meet several standards including, truthful advertising and selling, satisfactory customer service practices, and a consistent reliable transaction record with customers.
